Job description
We are seeking a dedicated SAP / EPC Assessor & Air Tightness Tester to join our professional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed assessments of building energy performance and performing air tightness tests to ensure compliance with relevant standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your analysis skills within the sustainable building sector, contributing to environmentally conscious projects and energy efficiency initiatives., * Conduct SAP (Standard Assessment Procedure) and EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) assessments on various types of buildings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations.
- Perform air tightness testing on buildings to evaluate the integrity of the building envelope, identifying potential areas for improvement.
- Analyse test data and assessment results to produce comprehensive reports for clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Maintain detailed records of all assessments and tests carried out, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth assessment processes and address any technical queries.
- Stay updated with evolving regulations, standards, and best practices related to energy performance and air tightness testing.
- Assist Installation teams on site and warehouse when needed.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Do you have a Certificate of higher education?, The position is paid and suitable for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of building performance assessment., * A genuine interest in building energy efficiency, ventilation, or building services - you don't need existing SAP/EPC or air tightness accreditation, as full training is provided to the right candidate.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret technical data accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current building regulations, standards, and certification processes related to energy efficiency or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in building performance assessment or air tightness testing are advantageous but not essential.
