Senior Web Project Manager

We work across WordPress, Laravel, Symfony, React, Vue.js, React Native, Magento, Shopify and AWS, delivering projects ranging from brochure websites and ecommerce platforms through to large-scale applications and business systems.

We are looking for a Digital Producer to support project delivery, client communication and resource coordination across the business.

The Role

You will work closely with our Senior Project Manager, development team and leadership team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.

You will coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, acting as a key point of contact for clients, developers, designers and third-party partners.

This role will also support the management of external digital marketing and SEO specialists where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of digital projects
• Coordinate development, design and QA activities
• Schedule and lead client meetings
• Produce project plans, timelines and status reports
• Manage project budgets and monitor profitability
• Support proposal and statement of work preparation
• Coordinate external suppliers and marketing partners
• Identify and manage project risks
• Ensure clients are kept informed throughout project delivery
• Support account growth through identifying opportunities within existing clients
• Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to continually improve delivery processes

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Previous experience in project management, account management or digital delivery

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively with clients and technical teams
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets
• Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira or similar

Desirable

• Digital agency experience
• Experience delivering WordPress, Laravel, Symfony, React, Vue.js, Magento or Shopify projects
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing and ecommerce
• Experience coordinating third-party suppliers
• Experience preparing project documentation and proposals
