Job description
We are currently looking for a Head of ERP Services who will be accountable for the strategic direction of the Enterprise Resource Planning platform, product strategy, delivery, and service performance for a shared ERP service supporting Central Europe (CE) and UK Business Units., * Lead the ERP product strategy for CE and UK, with Oracle Fusion SaaS and the Oracle platform as the core solution, ensuring it evolves in line with enterprise strategy and regional business needs.
- Lead and own a single ERP roadmap across CE and UK, setting priorities across competing demands, coordinating delivery sequencing between regions, and aligning resources to ensure effective execution.
- Lead architecture decision-making for the Oracle Fusion SaaS landscape and its integrations, ensuring alignment with BU enterprise and architecture standards, compliance across CE and UK, and the integrity, optimisation, and governance of the integrated system landscape.
- Lead and own ERP operations and shared services across CE and UK, ensuring service stability and availability, effective incident and problem management, strong vendor SLA performance, and seamless integration with end-to-end IT services across Global and BU teams.
- Lead distributed ERP teams across CE and UK, building capability, developing future talent and succession aligned to the shared service model, and ensuring resilience across regions.
Requirements
- Extensive ERP delivery experience in complex multi-region environments, including significant expertise in Oracle Fusion SaaS.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion SaaS service optimisation, governance, and supplier management, with a strong focus on performance, control, and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of integrated enterprise platforms and controls, with the ability to ensure effective governance, compliance, and system integrity across a complex technology landscape.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence across multiple business units.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing distributed teams across multiple locations.
