Job description
Plan, provide, and coordinate training of C2IMERA to fielded wings. Plan and conduct training and instruction for user training in coordination with the site representatives and/or exercise planners. Coordinate training requirements with site representatives, including planning and instructional content. Address training focus according to needs identified by branch leadership.
-Provide operational and technical expertise and advise leadership in the overall development, planning, establishment, and implementation of C2IMERA training programs.
-Analyze current and mid-term requirements to accurately advise leadership and recommend options to manage and improve C2IMERA training processes and procedures.
-Develop, review, and/or provide comments and recommendations to the C2IMERA Program Manager on training program documentation for C2IMERA.
-Develop and implement metrics to assess the effectiveness of C2IMERA training programs. Provide branch leadership with periodic reports on training outcomes and recommendations for improvement.
-Conduct annual reviews and risk assessments for training programs. Recommend mitigation strategies to address identified risks and ensure training objectives are met without compromising operational readiness.
-Participate in C2IMERA tests, evaluations, assessments, experiments, and staff level events. Assist in soliciting and coordinating ACC operator participation in test events.
-Travel to provide training, conduct/support meetings, and/or to collect information, study, analyze, or prove concepts, processes, or procedures required for C2IMERA development and sustainment.
-Develop, prepare, and update necessary training materials such as detailed plans of instruction, master schedules, and course content materials including student guides and instructor guides, for the instruction of assigned personnel. Provide materials as nonproprietary items to Government customer representatives, reproducing materials as necessary for effective training with emphasis on electronic media. These materials may be classified or unclassified.
-Develop, prepare, and update location-specific C2IMERA Training Plans, Training Outlines, and Training Support Material (i.e., slides, handouts, etc.). These documents may be classified or unclassified.
-Assist users at each site in the development of base-specific functional area directives, TTPs, and training plans.
-Assist organizations, leadership, and personnel with incorporating C2IMERA capabilities into daily operations to enhance operational and support requirements.
-Provide C2IMERA fielding, training, system overview, and capabilities briefings to personnel at various levels.
Requirements
Experience with and operating C2IMERA or legacy applications such as UL/UC2, UC2, TBMCS-UL OPS, or BICES (2 Years)
-Experience supporting Air Force operational command and control (C2) operations, Emergency Management, Flight Operations, or Installation C2 (2 Years)
-USAF or DoW comparable equivalent Training program management experience (2 Years)
-Experience providing briefings or instructions to large professional groups (2 Years)
-Relevant experience as a project and/or program manager with demonstrated ability to perform as a senior level expert and serve as a senior project lead (4 Years)
-Experience working within a USAF Headquarters Staff environment at the NAF, MAJCOM, or above level, with experience producing decision documents, developing and presenting staff-level briefings, building staff packages, coordinating actions across staff directorates and major command elements, and interfacing with senior USAF leadership and external staffs (3 Years)
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications and platforms, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, with the ability to produce professional documents, briefings, data analyses, and collaborative workspaces in support of senior leadership (Meets), Self-motivated Ability to maintain an extreme sense of urgency in all interactions with the customer Exceptional email management and written communication skills Solution-oriented Ability to research, analyze, and create viable solutions Strong technical attitude and ability to quickly learn and apply technical knowledge Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task
