Job description
The Help Desk Analyst II provides advanced technical support across multiple platforms and plays a key role in enhancing IT operations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, expertise in Office 365 (particularly SharePoint), Exchange, and Citrix VDI, as well as the ability to leverage automation and AI to streamline support processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to apply AI tools to enhance IT operations effectively.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Administer and troubleshoot Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, OneNote, Visio, and OneDrive (SharePoint).
- Ability to troubleshoot mailbox, group, and public folder permissions in Exchange, along with calendar permissioning.
- Provide Citrix VDI end-user support.
- Troubleshoot Windows devices, BYOD mobile technology, and printers (Uniflow knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to troubleshoot Group Policy Objects.
- Navigate and resolve issues using spam filtering platforms such as Proofpoint.
- Handle ServiceNow tickets and workflows; knowledge of the broader ServiceNow platform is a plus.
- Develop document solutions and contribute to automating routine tasks.
Additional Skills / Nice-to-Haves:
- PowerShell or other scripting experience.
- Knowledge of Tanium for endpoint visibility and management.
- Flexibility with work schedules to accommodate business needs., * Must have Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of enterprise IT support experience.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Strong communication skills with a strategic mindset focused on efficiency and automation.
- Ability to apply AI tools to improve IT operations.
