The Opportunity

As the Business Intelligence & AI Analyst, you'll serve as a bridge between business teams and technology resources, helping transform data into actionable insights and practical solutions.

You'll work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Community Investment, and executive stakeholders to develop dashboards, support strategic initiatives, evaluate new technologies, and identify opportunities to improve business processes through analytics and AI-enabled tools.

This role is business-facing and highly collaborative, requiring both technical capability and strong communication skills.

What You'll Do

Business Intelligence & Analytics

• Design, develop, and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting tools
• Transform complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making
• Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret information from multiple data sources including CRM platforms, market research, financial systems, and operational databases
• Deliver reporting and analysis that supports marketing effectiveness, business development performance, and community investment initiatives

AI & Emerging Technology Solutions

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve reporting, analytics, and business processes
• Evaluate new technologies and emerging tools that enhance organizational capabilities
• Support implementation and adoption of approved technology initiatives
• Assist with AI-enabled reporting, data analysis, and workflow improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancement and operational efficiency

Dashboard Development & Data Visualization

• Develop and maintain Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence solutions
• Create visualizations that clearly communicate trends, performance metrics, and business opportunities
• Improve accessibility and usability of business data across the organization
• Support ongoing enhancements to reporting platforms and analytical tools

Strategic Business Support

• Partner with Marketing, Business Development, and Community Investment teams to support growth initiatives
• Analyze member and market data to identify opportunities and trends
• Support development of tools and resources that improve member engagement and business performance
• Conduct financial statement analysis and peer benchmarking activities

Financial & Industry Analysis

• Assist with organizational and industry benchmarking initiatives
• Analyze financial performance trends and business drivers
• Research industry filings, financial disclosures, and market developments
• Support preparation of executive and board-level reporting materials

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Participate in enterprise-wide projects and committees
• Develop a broad understanding of banking, capital markets, operations, community investment, and risk management functions

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus, * Three or more years of business analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related experience
• Experience within banking, financial services, lending, or financial institutions strongly preferred
• Experience supporting business leaders through reporting, analytics, and strategic insights

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar business intelligence platforms
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, SaaS applications, or related technologies
• Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools
• Familiarity with AI technologies and business applications
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
