Job description
We are seeking an adaptable IT Administrator to manage our technology infrastructure and core business systems. You will be the sole point of contact for all technology needs for our 30-employee team. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical support, network administration, and hands-on management of our Microsoft cloud administration., * Application Management: Administer and support Microsoft Business Central and Dynamics CRM systems.
- Cloud Administration: Manage user accounts, licenses, and security groups in Microsoft 365.
- User Support: Resolve daily hardware, software, and connectivity issues for internal staff.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Setup user profiles, assign email accounts, and manage system permissions.
- Device Management: Setup, configure, and deploy laptops, workstations, phone systems and mobile devices.
- Network Infrastructure: Maintain office Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Data Security: Enforce password policies, manage antivirus tools, and monitor data backups.
- Vendor Management: Act as the liaison for Microsoft partners, ISPs, and hardware vendors.
Customer-Facing Technical Support
- System Installation: Perform technical setup and deployment of our Visual Sign Shop packages, including physical vinyl cutting plotters.
- Software Configuration: Install and configure specialized sign-making software for clients.
- Client Training: Conduct instructional training sessions to teach clients how to operate the software and hardware.
- Technical Support: Serve as the primary technical support contact for clients experiencing hardware or software issues with their sign systems., We recognize the need to build team relationships and manage the business through our Core Values. Candidates will be required to complete pre-employment drug testing which will include testing for marijuana.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or ERP/CRM application support.
- Education: IT Certification or Associates/Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Business Central, and Dynamics CRM.
- Core Competencies: Proficiency with Windows OS, user identity management, and basic networking.
- Soft Skills: Excellent customer service, patience for client training, and clear communication with non-technical users.
- Attributes: Self-motivated learner comfortable managing an entire company ecosystem independently.
