Job description
The Web/Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining websites, as well as developing digital and print marketing materials that support corporate branding, property marketing, and internal communications. This role plays a key part in elevating brand consistency and visual storytelling across all platforms., * Designing, building, and editing websites (primarily WordPress)
- Creating digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and brand assets
- Developing presentations and internal marketing materials
- Producing print collateral such as newsletters, flyers, posters, event invitations, and floorplans
- Supporting brand development and visual consistency across all affiliates
- Editing and producing video content for marketing and internal use using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to support creative project needs and deadlines
Requirements
Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of professional web/graphic design experience (internship experience may be considered)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both web and print design work (required)
- Hands-on experience building and editing websites using WordPress (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PC environment)
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing
- Strong written communication skills with a creative and professional tone
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
