Job description
Design, develop, administer, and maintain ACC/A3C SharePoint sites, Microsoft Teams sites, libraries, workflows, dashboards, and web-based solutions across NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and JWICS environments, serving as an accessible consolidated repository for all division requirements, content, materials, and documentation. Ensure sites are organized, current, and accessible to authorized personnel.
-Ensure SharePoint integration throughout the division to facilitate easy access, sharing, and dissemination of information. Ensure standardized layout development, accessibility, security, and compliance with ACC/USAF Web and SharePoint Standardization Concepts and Air Force Portal standards, including CAC-enabled access on unclassified and classified servers.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for SharePoint-related inquiries. Collaborate with leadership and end users to gather requirements and design tailored SharePoint and web-based solutions - including but not limited to web parts, forms, Microsoft Office integration applications, workflows, page templates, customizations, search scopes, and web services.
-Develop and maintain automated workflows, reporting tools, and search capabilities to streamline data management processes. Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and SharePoint and provide reports as required.
-Provide training and develop training materials, user guides, and other deliverables as needed to enhance user proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other KM tools and features. Provide technical support to end users, including troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint and collaboration platform issues.
-Assist in the maintenance of established KM processes and governance. Provide analysis of division processes and KM activities and provide inputs to improve efficiency and align with mission requirements.
-Assist in documenting and cataloging division documentation and activities including but not limited to meetings, working groups, conferences, and Air Force Corporate structures. Perform data gathering, analysis, and research to ensure timely access to relevant operations information and research resources, supporting staff decision-making and organizational priorities.
-Assist in maintaining division knowledge continuity plans and transition packages to preserve institutional knowledge during personnel transitions, retirements, and permanent change of station (PCS) moves.
-Serve as the division primary point of contact and liaison with ACC/A3 to support their goal to accelerate the adoption and operational integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities.
-Assist in ensuring division KM processes, data repositories, and SharePoint environments comply with applicable CUI handling requirements per 32 CFR Part 2002, DoDI 5200.48, and applicable Air Force instructions, including proper marking, storage, and dissemination controls.
-Maintain DoD 8570 baseline certification training for Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II and all annual training requirements for applicable roles.
Requirements
Current DoW 8570.01-M certification requirements for IAT Level II
-Experience administering, designing, and maintaining SharePoint sites and Microsoft Teams environments-including workflows, dashboards, web-based solutions, technical support, and troubleshooting-across multiple security domains (NIPRNET, SIPRNET, JWICS) (3 Years)
-Experience with Knowledge Management (KM) principles, processes, cataloging, and governance in a DoD or AF environment (2 Years)
-Experience in records management, archiving, and information lifecycle in a DoD or AF environment (2 Years)
-Experience working within a USAF Headquarters Staff environment at the NAF, MAJCOM, or above level, with experience producing decision documents, developing and presenting staff-level briefings, building staff packages, coordinating actions across staff directorates and major command elements, and interfacing with senior USAF leadership and external staffs (3 Years)
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications and platforms, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint (4 Years), Self-motivated Ability to maintain an extreme sense of urgency in all interactions with the customer Exceptional email management and written communication skills Solution-oriented Ability to research, analyze, and create viable solutions Strong technical attitude and ability to quickly learn and apply technical knowledge Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task
Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
