  • Multi-agency ERP Support, This is essentially a "known CAPPS resource" requisition. The combination of mandatory CPA-specific mainframe activities (ACR coordination, SPRS updates, fiscal year-end processing, CAPPS Central support, environment refresh coordination, support for 100+ agencies) makes it difficult for candidates outside the Texas Comptroller/CAPPS ecosystem to qualify competitively. The strongest candidates will likely be current or former CAPPS functional analysts who have supported the Texas statewide ERP program directly.

Requirements

  • No CAPPS experience.
  • Only commercial PeopleSoft experience.
  • No PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 experience.
  • No SPRS/HRIS exposure.
  • No Texas HR policy knowledge.
  • No Fiscal Year-End CAPPS support experience.
  • No experience supporting multiple Texas agencies., * 8+ years Texas state government experience.
  • 8+ years PeopleSoft HCM HR module support.
  • Knowledge of Texas HR policies and federal labor laws.
  • CAPPS production support experience.
  • Mainframe HRIS/SPRS experience.
  • ITIL knowledge.
  • WCAG 2.1 experience.
