Job description
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Manager, Network Support is primarily responsible for overseeing maintenance of DrinkPAK's physical network infrastructure at the assigned plant. This role ensures high availability, performance, and security across all network systems, supporting production, warehousing, and corporate operations. The position will lead network initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver DrinkPAK-class connectivity and service., * Manage day-to-day operations of network support, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization.

Lead network architecture planning and upgrades in line with organizational growth.

Ensure network security standards and protocols are implemented and maintained.

Provide onsite end user support as required

Manage and maintain onsite DrinkPAK server systems, camera systems and access control systems.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Network infrastructure management?, * Proven experience managing enterprise network environments.

Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, security, and cloud connectivity.

Deep understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, switching, and routing technologies.

Ability to multitask between several different IT functions while maintaining top level SIP values.

Experience managing hybrid environments including cloud (AWS, Azure) connectivity and integration.

Ability to lead root cause analysis and drive resolution of complex technical issues in high-pressure situations.

Familiarity with the needs of manufacturing or distribution environments is a strong plus.
