The Part-Time Marketing & Website Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and updating our website, creating and organizing digital marketing assets, and assisting with a variety of marketing projects. Would be ideal if this candidate has experience in WordPress and/or WooCommerce. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both creative work and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, technologically savvy, and capable of managing multiple projects independently., Online Support Website Management
- Update website content, products, pricing, and promotions
- WordPress / WooCommerce
- Add and edit product photos, videos, and downloadable documents
- Ensure website content is accurate, current, and visually appealing
- Monitor website functionality and coordinate updates as needed
Online Advertising
- Work in support with our third-party vendors for Google Ads
Marketing Support
- Create and update sales promotional materials and technical materials
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications
- Create graphics and digital content for social media and advertising
- Organize and maintain digital assets, including photos, videos, and logos
Content Creation
- Write and edit product descriptions and website content
- Assist with customer success stories, blogs, and company announcements
- Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
Requirements

- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines
- Photography, video editing, and social media experience are a plus
- B2B marketing experience is preferred but not required
