Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect / Lead Developer who can function as a trusted technical advisor, solution architect, and hands-on developer. This role requires a senior technology expert capable of leading design discussions, participating in leadership and stakeholder meetings, defining architecture, creating POCs, and delivering complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple platform products., Architecture & Solution Design

  • Lead architecture and solution design activities for enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Create technical architecture documents, solution blueprints, and design specifications.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and recommend platform best practices.
  • Design enterprise-level integrations and automation solutions.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Participate in leadership, governance, and client-facing discussions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
  • Drive technical decision-making and architecture strategy.
  • Present design approaches, technical roadmaps, and implementation plans to executive leadership.
  • Lead technical workshops and solution review sessions.

Hands-On Development

  • Remain actively involved in coding and development activities.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and integrations.
  • Build and enhance solutions
  • Develop REST and SOAP integrations with external systems.
  • Create reusable frameworks, utilities, and platform accelerators.

Innovation & Proof of Concepts

  • Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Evaluate emerging ServiceNow products and features.
  • Recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

Experience Required: 13+ Years Overall IT Experience | Must Have 5+ Years Architecture and Lead Experience | 8+ Years ServiceNow Development, The ideal candidate must possess deep technical expertise across the ServiceNow platform while remaining actively involved in development, configuration, integration, and solution implementation activities., * 13+ years of overall IT experience.

  • 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture and lead developer experience.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on expertise in:

  • ServiceNow Platform Architecture
  • ITSM
  • ITOM
  • ITAM (HAM/SAM)
  • CMDB
  • ServiceNow Native Tools

Development Skills

  • Expert-level JavaScript development.
  • Experience building custom ServiceNow applications.
  • Strong knowledge of platform scripting and server-side development.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and ServiceNow DevOps practices., * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - Preferred
  • Experience with AI, GenAI, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, or Agentic AI capabilities within ServiceNow.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
