Job description

  • Lead UX strategy and product design initiatives
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and journey maps
  • Build and maintain design systems and reusable components
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Business Stakeholders
  • Mentor junior designers and ensure design consistency
  • Drive accessibility, usability, and inclusive design best practices

Requirements

  • End-to-end UX design lifecycle (Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, UI Design)
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch
  • Strong UX Research, Information Architecture, Interaction & Visual Design
  • Design Systems, Component Libraries, and Scalable UI Frameworks
  • Responsive & Mobile-First Design
  • Accessibility Standards (WCAG)
  • Usability Testing, Heuristic Evaluations, and Analytics-Driven Design
  • Agile/Scrum experience
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, * Experience leading design teams or large-scale enterprise projects
  • SaaS, BFSI, Healthcare, or other enterprise domain experience
  • A/B Testing and Data-Driven Design
  • Experience working with global teams
