Job description
Client is seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Technical Program Product Manager III to support strategic business transformation and operational excellence initiatives. This role will focus on requirements gathering, business process optimization, workflow redesign, automation initiatives, and system improvements across business operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of program management, product thinking, business analysis, and process improvement expertise. This individual will partner with business leaders, operational stakeholders, and technical teams to identify inefficiencies, design scalable solutions, and drive automation initiatives that improve operational effectiveness.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Lead cross-functional business transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
- Drive end-to-end program execution from requirements gathering through implementation.Define business problems, success metrics, and process improvement opportunities.
- Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and stakeholder communication strategies.
- Design scalable future-state business processes and lead workflow optimization efforts.Conduct stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical and operational solutions.
- Partner with technical teams to implement automation and system improvement initiatives.Support system integrations, operational tooling enhancements, and process standardization efforts.
- Present recommendations, business cases, and project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining delivery timelines.
Requirements
Primary Skills : Requirements Gathering-Expert, Process Optimization-Expert, Program Management-Advanced, Stakeholder Management-Advanced, Automation & Systems Improvement-Advanced, * Extensive experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
- Strong business analysis and stakeholder management expertise.
- Experience redesigning and optimizing business processes.
- Workflow mapping, operational excellence, and process improvement experience.
- Experience supporting Professional Services, Consulting Operations, or Service Delivery organizations.
- Proven success driving automation and operational efficiency initiatives
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce administration, optimization, or process integration experience.
- Certinia (FinancialForce) or Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform experience.
- Business Systems Analysis background.
- Product Management or Technical Program Management experience.
- CRM platforms and workflow automation tools.
- Data-driven process improvement initiative
Industry Experience Required:
- 5+ years of Program Management, Product Management, Business Transformation, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement experience.
- Experience supporting Professional Services, Consulting Operations, Enterprise Operations, Revenue Operations, or Services Delivery organizations is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
