Job description

Dwyer DesignScapes, located in Louisville, KY, is currently seeking a Landscape Architect with a minimum of five years experience with Residential Design/Build projects to join our team. We are a full-service landscape company specializing in design, installation, and maintenance of some of the most notable Landscapes, Hardscapes, and Outdoor Living Spaces in the Louisville area.

Requirements

Candidate must be self-motivated, team-oriented, eager to work in a fast-paced collaborative setting and possess the ability to multi-task and meet client expectations. Salary is commensurate with experience., * Experience in Design/Build

  • Strong Design background, Plant knowledge, & Attention to Detail
  • Project Management, Time Management, & Leadership skills are a plus
  • Must be Honest, Dependable, & Trustworthy
  • Experience with DynaScapes or similar CAD software
  • Must be comfortable meeting directly with Clients
  • Effective Communication, Listening, & Presentation skills
  • Eagerness to Learn, Teach, Train, & Motivate others

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture OR equivalent with experience in Design/Build
