Job description
We are seeking a hands-on, highly adaptable IT Support & Field Systems Specialist to support our growing multi-site organization. This role combines technical support, networking setup, device deployment, inventory management, and occasional on-site field work across our Lone Tree/Centennial headquarters and our Denver and Colorado Springs locations.
You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and troubleshooting the technology that keeps our teams productive - from configuring new laptops to setting up small office networks, managing user accounts, and providing remote support for day-to-day issues. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and can confidently move between help-desk tasks and hands-on technical setup.
This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role with the opportunity to shape our IT processes, improve reliability, and ensure smooth operations across all locations. A corporate vehicle or vehicle allowance can be negotiated for periodic travel to our satellite offices., * Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment (routers, switches, Wi-Fi, basic firewall settings)
- Deploy and manage laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices
- Provide remote IT support (password resets, access issues, software troubleshooting)
- Manage Microsoft 365, Teams, user accounts, and security permissions
- Maintain and audit IT inventory across multiple sites
- Troubleshoot Windows/Mac, printers, scanners, and office equipment
- Support onboarding/offboarding and device lifecycle management
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and escalated issues
- Travel to Denver and Colorado Springs locations as needed

Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows support?, * Strong troubleshooting instincts
- Comfortable with small office networking
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based tools
- Organized, reliable, and documentation-minded
- Excellent communication with non-technical users
- Self-directed and proactive
- Valid driver's license; comfortable with travel
- Bonus: healthcare IT or HIPAA experience, * 2+ years IT support experience
- 1+ year networking experience
- 1+ year Microsoft 365 experience
- Ability to lift/move equipment (standard office)
- Reliable transportation, * IT support experience (or equivalent hands-on skill): 2 years (Required)
- HIPAA: 1 year (Preferred)
- Computer networking: 1 year (Preferred)
- microsoft 365 and teams: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CDL (Required)
