Requirements
A law firm seeks a patent agent to join their Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Patent Prosecution Practice Group in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, relevant industry experience, and excellent writing and communication skills., * 2+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
- Admission to the USPTO., * Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics., * Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and neural networks.
- Knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including 5G and 6G.
- Understanding of autonomous driving and RF circuitry.
- Proficiency in hardware and communications security, such as encryption and decryption.
