Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Android Developer to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade Android applications. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions that provide exceptional user experiences., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable Android applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and backend services.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.
  • Develop reusable components and improve application architecture.
  • Stay current with Android development trends and best practices.
  • Support application deployment through the Google Play Store.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Android application development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java
  • Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Jetpack Components
  • Expertise in MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns
  • Experience with Jetpack Compose and traditional XML-based UI development
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON integration
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks such as Dagger/Hilt
  • Experience with Firebase services, push notifications, and analytics
  • Familiarity with unit testing and UI testing frameworks
