Job description
We are seeking a visionary SAP Solution Director to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of SAP solutions within the Life and Health Sciences sector. This is a senior leadership role focused on large-scale digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and regulated industry compliance.
You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, leading SAP-enabled transformation programs across clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and supply chain functions., * Define and execute SAP strategy aligned to life sciences business goals
- Lead architecture and delivery of SAP solutions including:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP ECC
- SAP ATTP
- SAP EHS
- Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, GxP, HIPAA, and 21 CFR Part 11
- Oversee end-to-end SAP programs including implementation, upgrades, and validation
- Partner with R&D, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and QA teams
- Lead Computer System Validation (CSV) and audit readiness activities
- Drive innovation using AI, IoT, blockchain, and predictive analytics
- Manage stakeholder engagement, budgets, and delivery governance
- Build and mentor high-performing SAP teams
Requirements
- 15-22 years of SAP transformation leadership experience
- Strong expertise in SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, ATTP)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and cloud SAP solutions
- Knowledge of SAP integration, ABAP, and SAP UI5/Fiori
- Strong understanding of life sciences regulatory environments (FDA, EMA, GxP, HIPAA)
- Proven leadership in large-scale, regulated SAP programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Agile delivery experience preferred, * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Master's degree preferred (MBA or Information Systems/Engineering)
- SAP certifications (ATTP, EHS, S/4HANA, or equivalent) preferred
- PMP or equivalent certification required
- ITIL certification is a plus
