Technical Development Lead - FACETS

We are seeking a FACETS Enrollment Lead to serve as the functional and technical lead for the member enrollment application within a healthcare payer environment. This role will lead a small development team while supporting business needs, troubleshooting production issues, and driving enhancements across enrollment systems., * Act as the functional and technical lead for the member enrollment application

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business inquiries related to enrollment
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 developers supporting enrollment systems
• Oversee development activities, enhancements, and system improvements
• Manage and resolve tier 2 application support tickets
• Provide technical guidance and direction to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions

• 8+ years of healthcare payer experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with FACETS, including enrollment and related modules
• Strong experience with FACETS extensions and integrated application areas
• Knowledge of EDI transactions, including 834 and 820
• 5+ years of SQL experience, including querying, debugging, and performance tuning
• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with web technologies
• Experience with Angular or React and .NET for building REST APIs
