Job description
- Monitor network health and alarm activity using network management tools
- Analyze, triage, escalate, and resolve network incidents within SLA timelines
- Create and maintain incident tickets with accurate documentation
- Provide technical updates to internal teams and management
- Perform proactive monitoring to identify issues before service disruption
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, and technical support teams
- Track and follow up on incidents until closure
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of NOC / Network Monitoring / Network Surveillance experience
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Subnetting, and OSI Model
- Experience with incident management and ticketing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced 24x7 support environment
