Job description
- Develop and document moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements.
- Designs hardware, software and interface specifications
- Test and validate to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements
- Assist in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements
- Solve problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle
- Research specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs
Requirements
- This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. A final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Experience designing, developing, testing, qualifying electrical/electronic systems
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with Mentor Graphics Capital tool
- Experience preparing test plans, schedules and documentation
- Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, and/or real-time operating test systems
- Active U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Summary pay range: $91,800 - $124,200
