Software Project Manager

Serve as a liaison between business and Engineering teams, coordinating and delivering projects end-to-end. Key responsibilities include

• Lead projects from initiation to delivery with clear tracking and reporting
• Partner with Engineering leads on resource forecasting and capacity planning
• Gather business requirements, document process flows, and manage change request
• Produce executive-level dashboards and drive process improvement
• Facilitate meetings and foster strong business/engineering collaboration

• 2-5 years in project management or business analysis
• Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, or equivalent experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with software development teams
• Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Familiarity with AI tools, JIRA, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of financial services a plus
