Job description

  • Requirement analysis - Collaborating with Product Managers to understand user needs and define use cases
  • Wireframing - Creating structured layouts to define flow and interaction
  • UI design - Building high-fidelity designs aligned with WWS standards
  • Prototyping - Developing interactive prototypes for validation
  • Usability testing - Conducting user testing and refining designs based on feedback
  • Handoff to SDT - Delivering clear, complete design documentation for development

  • First-Time Design Approval Rate 85%
  • User Satisfaction 90%

The Wws Perks

  • Full Training - UI/UX processes, research methods, and product workflows
  • End-to-End Ownership - Work across the full design lifecycle
  • Career Growth - Exposure to product and engineering collaboration
  • Impact Visibility - Your designs directly shape product usability
