Job description
- Design comes before development - always. At WWS, UI/UX is the user experience, not decoration. Clear, validated design ensures usability, reduces errors, and builds trust.
- You own the end-to-end design process - from research to testing and handoff - working closely with Product, SDT, and users to ensure what's designed works effectively in reality.
What You Will Own - Your Responsibilities
- Requirement analysis - Collaborating with Product Managers to understand user needs and define use cases
- Wireframing - Creating structured layouts to define flow and interaction
- UI design - Building high-fidelity designs aligned with WWS standards
- Prototyping - Developing interactive prototypes for validation
- Usability testing - Conducting user testing and refining designs based on feedback
- Handoff to SDT - Delivering clear, complete design documentation for development

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in BCA or related field
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Good understanding of user-centered design, usability & accessibility
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping & user testing
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (plus)
- Strong communication & collaboration skills
- Up-to-date with latest UI/UX trends & best practices
