The Sr Architect designs and implements secure and scalable cloud solutions using Google Cloud Platform and Terraform for a large multinational organization, ensuring resilient infrastructure, optimized performance, and efficient cost management while working in a hybrid model and collaborating closely with cross functional teams to deliver high impact digital platforms., Design robust Google Cloud Platform architectures that align with enterprise standards while ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency for complex business critical applications. -Develop reusable Terraform modules that standardize infrastructure provisioning and minimize configuration drift across multiple Google Cloud Platform environments and projects. -Implement infrastructure as code practices that improve deployment consistency, reduce manual errors, and accelerate delivery of secure cloud platforms. -Configure and manage Google Cloud Platform identity and access management policies that enforce least privilege principles and safeguard sensitive enterprise data assets. -Optimize Google Cloud Platform resource utilization through detailed capacity planning, rightsizing analysis, and proactive monitoring to maintain performance and control operational costs. -Collaborate with application teams to design target architectures that integrate networking, compute, storage, and security controls in a cohesive Google Cloud Platform solution. -Create clear technical documentation and architecture diagrams that guide engineering teams in implementing and supporting the designed Google Cloud Platform solutions. -Coordinate with security and compliance partners to embed required controls, logging, and encryption standards into every Terraform based Google Cloud Platform deployment. -Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues in Google Cloud Platform environments by analyzing logs, metrics, and configurations to restore services quickly and prevent recurrence. -Guide teams in adopting DevOps practices that integrate Terraform workflows with version control, code review, and continuous integration pipelines. -Conduct design and code reviews for Terraform configurations to ensure adherence to best practices, internal standards, and regulatory requirements. -Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical Google Cloud Platform architectures that deliver measurable outcomes for customers and internal users. -Mentor junior engineers on Google Cloud Platform concepts, Terraform patterns, and operational excellence so that the broader team can deliver consistent quality solutions., * Provide Standards/Best practices on Platform Usage
