Test Lead

• 5+ years of experience leading Quality Assurance and Testing initiatives, with strong expertise in Child Support systems, test strategy, test planning, test execution, UAT coordination, and delivery management across Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks including Selenium (Java), Jira, Confluence/Xray, UFT, JMeter, SoapUI, and JAMA,
• Strong understanding of requirements analysis, defect management, test automation

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience collaborating with Scrum Masters, SMEs, developers, and business teams to translate requirements and designs into comprehensive test cases.
• Prior experience providing testing leadership and client support within large-scale government or public sector programs.
