Job description
- Work on manual QA efforts for a large-scale CIS Transformation program covering billing, meter-to-cash, customer, and financial integrations
- Define, design and execute test scenarios/ test cases for complex system and end-to-end integrations involving Oracle C2M, TIBCO BW, MDMS, IVR, CRM, and downstream financial systems
- Utilize utility domain knowledge to identify business criticality, priority and categorize test scope.
- Translate business processes, regulatory requirements, and technical designs into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
- Plan and manage System, System Integration (SIT), End-to-End, Regression, and UAT testing cycles
- Own test data management across CIS domains (customers, meters, usage, billing, payments, adjustments)
Requirements
- Utilities experience is a must have, CCB/C2M experience is preferred.
