Site Reliability Engineer

Operations Manager - Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of Infrastructure, Operations, and Internal IT teams, ensuring service continuity, operational excellence, and delivery of key initiatives.
• Coordinate incident management, problem resolution, escalations, and service improvement activities across production environments.
• Drive the evolution of infrastructure platforms, including Linux systems, virtualization, containers, automation, and observability solutions.
• Manage team priorities, workloads, and stakeholder expectations while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure operational compliance with security standards, governance requirements, and infrastructure best practices.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, IT Operations, System Engineering, or a similar technical leadership role.
• Proven experience in team management, people leadership, coaching, and operational coordination within complex environments.
• Strong background in Linux-based infrastructures, networking, virtualization, cloud and/or on-premises environments.
• Experience with incident management, service delivery, operational governance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with fluent English.
