Job description
- Structuring and managing chatbot content to make it searchable, reusable, and multilingual Dutch, French, English.
- Ensuring consistency in tone of voice, accessibility, and inclusivity.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, legal, customer service, business experts.
- Conducting usability tests and analyzing chatbot data to improve flows and copy.
- Iterating based on user insights, KPIs, and conversation breakdowns.
- Maintaining a content library and style guide to guarantee alignment.
- Coordinating with localization and translation partners for high-quality multilingual delivery.
- Together with your peers, you will also contribute to best practices, design patterns, and testing routines to ensure quality and consistency across chatbot projects.
Requirements
Proven experience in conversation design, UX writing, or chatbot content design.
- Good understanding of NLP basics intents/entities and human-AI interaction principles.
- Skilled in multilingual content design: Dutch or French and English - B2+.
- Strong content structuring and scalability mindset.
- Experience in testing and optimizing chatbot conversations using analytics and user insights.
- Comfortable with design & prototyping tools Figma, Rasa Studio, Voiceflow, Dialogflow OR SIMILAR TOOLS and content platforms.
