Job description

We are looking for a Business & Functional Analyst to support the migration of websites to a new platform. You will elicit, document, and validate requirements, work closely with UX designers and developers, and ensure a smooth transition. Key Tasks

  • Gather and refine business & functional requirements
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Bridge communication between business and technical teams
  • Support testing, UAT, and hypercare
  • Provide training to key users

Requirements

  • Proven BA/FA experience, ideally in migration or digital projects
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Agile mindset, familiar with Jira/Confluence
  • Fluent in Dutch + English (French or German is a plus)
