AISB-900 Scrum Master

We are looking for an Expert Scrum Master to join a high-impact team operating within the public sector. You'll play a key role in guiding teams toward Agile excellence, ensuring best practices, and driving continuous improvement across projects. Your Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Act as a servant leader, coaching teams toward autonomy and high performance
• Promote Agile mindset and best practices across stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product Owners and teams to ensure delivery of value
• Remove blockers and ensure smooth sprint execution
• Support Agile maturity and continuous improvement initiatives

• Expert-level experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies
• Initial experience or interest in Agile coaching
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Proven experience working in the public sector environment
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
