As an AI Adoption Engineer, you help clients move from AI ideas to usable solutions. You will support business teams in identifying needs, structuring use cases, organizing workshops, shaping prototypes and guiding adoption. You will not work alone: you will be backed by CGI experts in AI, automation, DevOps, ITSM, data, security and change management.
The role is ideal for someone who combines technical curiosity with strong communication, delivery discipline and a pragmatic mindset.
What you will do
- Identify and structure AI opportunities
- Facilitate business and IT workshops
- Prioritize use cases by value, feasibility and risk
- Support Copilot, AI agents and automation prototypes
- Guide training, documentation and adoption
Requirements
You are technically strong, analytical, and enjoy solving complex challenges in a multidisciplinary environment. You thrive in dynamic environments where reliability, scalability, and performance are essential.
- IT delivery, consulting, Business Analyst, product ownership or automation background
- Good understanding of Copilot, ChatGPT or similar GenAI tools
- Clear communication with business and technical teams
- Pragmatic mindset: start small, test fast, measure value
- Interest in responsible AI and workflow automation
- Fluent in English and French, Dutch is a strong plus depending on client context.
