Job description
- Coach and mentor the Process Team in daily activities, improvements, and team evolution.
- Define and maintain IT processes aligned with the Group process framework.
- Support consistency and standardization across areas such as delivery management, organization, sourcing, risk, and security management.
- Ensure process compliance and proactively identify gaps or improvement needs linked to internal rules and regulatory expectations.
- Collaborate with key partners to simplify, steer, and optimize processes across the organization.
- Support process maturity assessments and contribute to process documentation within the agile referential.
- Ensure the evolution of the agile process referential and related knowledge management tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in IT delivery and/or IT production environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create structure in complex topics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary environments.
- Ability to facilitate and coach workshops with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, well-structured documentation.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
