Job description
Provide support for network equipment under the responsibility of the IT Services department of M-team in accordance with the ITIL methodology. Our team is responsible for the technical architecture, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our tier 2 Datacenter, private WAN, local LAN and WLAN setups, cloud-connect, homeworker VPNs, security technology like firewall,... We operate 24/7 to maintain continuous service flows.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities

Manage and maintain the network and security infrastructure, including Cisco Nexus, F5, Infoblox, Meraki SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN (cloud-managed), Check Point firewalls and VPN, Ivanti, and Cisco Nexus VXLAN.

Focus primarily on LAN/WAN operations at the beginning of the assignment.

Ensure incident management in a 24/7 datacenter and customer environment, covering L1, L2, and L3 support.

Deliver and follow up on WAN, LAN, WLAN, datacenter, and DevOps projects as part of daily operations.

Collaborate with a team of engineers on both project delivery and run/operational activities.

Provide support for incidents and problem management within the LAN/WAN/WLAN domain.

Automate administration and operational procedures through scripting.

Maintain and update the technical documentation related to the domain.

Ensure the availability, performance, and evolution of domain components in compliance with SLA and IT security requirements.

Provide support to users and stakeholders by phone and email.

Ensure the network remains available, secure, and fully operational at all times.
Requirements
-
+/-5-7 years of experience in the aforementioned domains.
-
A specific focus on Meraki W-Lan and switching , F5 is mandatory. Experiences into cloud -Networking in prerequisite.

Good experience into other described vendors/technologies.

Expert knowledge of Security Equipments ( ex.Firewall, reverse/Proxy, IDS/IPS, .. ).
