Scrum Master

To support a major healthcare digitalization program in Belgium, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to coach and support multiple Agile teams working on strategic eHealth initiatives, including prescription management, referral systems and digital healthcare services.

This long-term mission offers the opportunity to evolve towards a Release Train Engineer (RTE) role within a SAFe environment, contributing to large-scale Agile transformations and cross-team coordination.

Your role

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will:

• Coach and support multiple Agile teams in the application of Scrum principles and Agile best practices.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives.

• Help teams continuously improve their delivery performance, collaboration and Agile maturity.

• Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Support Product Owners, Project Managers and business stakeholders in Agile ways of working.

• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and coordination activities.

• Contribute to quarterly planning and synchronization activities within a SAFe framework.

• Ensure pragmatic adoption of Agile methodologies while preserving Agile values and principles.

• Prepare the organization and teams for future scaling initiatives.

• Progressively evolve towards the Release Train Engineer (RTE) role and support Agile Release Train activities.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in complex Agile environments.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum and Agile coaching practices.

• Experience working with multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with SAFe frameworks and large-scale Agile organizations.

• Ability to navigate complex governance environments while maintaining Agile principles.

• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ambition to evolve into a Release Train Engineer (RTE) position.
