Requirements

Aufgaben The primary objective of this role is to take over the leadership and coordination of the IT team Managing and developing a team of approximately 10 IT professionals Overseeing IT operations and support services Acting as a strategic partner to the Director of Information Security Supporting IT strategy development and execution Handling topics such as licensing, governance, and compliance Ensuring efficient use and administration of collaboration and identity tools (e.g., Okta, Slack, Jira) Profil Strong experience in IT management and team leadership Hands-on mentality with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally Solid understanding of cloud environments (minimum requirement) Experience with IT governance, licensing, and regulatory frameworks A proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent English Benefits A highly motivated team and an open way of communication
