Job description

  • Provide deep technical expertise for a portfolio of high-impact workforce analytics initiatives.
  • Identify optimal data sets, models, training methods, and testing techniques for successful workforce analytics solutions.
  • Analyze complex business and people-data problems involving intangible variables and their potential impact on future concepts, products, or technologies.
  • Apply continuous integration and continuous deployment best practices, including test automation and monitoring, to deploy data models and application code successfully.
  • Design and build predictive models, classifiers, and recommendation systems to improve workforce and organizational performance.
  • Stay current on advances in data science, machine learning, AI, and visualization tools to enhance workforce analytics methods.
  • Communicate complex findings and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders through visualizations, presentations, and reports.
  • Partner with business leaders, domain experts, and end users to gather business context, understand data, and define requirements.
  • Manage external vendors involved in selected parts of the workforce analytics development process.
  • Use programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Java, or Scala in cloud environments, preferably Azure and its ecosystem.
  • Design the overall data architecture for a global HR Data Lake to support current and future HR and cross-functional analytics needs.
  • Develop workforce analytics tools, guide global HR data governance and KPI strategy, and strengthen data culture across Global HR and the broader data community.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field.

  • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in workforce, HR, people analytics, or other business analytics disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a matrix organization and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility and contribute effectively in a collaborative setting.
  • Proven ability to work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, identify patterns, and connect insights across disparate data sources.
  • High proficiency in at least one programming language, such as JavaScript, R, Python, Scala, or Java.
  • Experience with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL preferred.
  • Strong interest in and working knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and its associated services and ecosystem.
  • Experience with traditional data warehousing and ETL tools.
  • Knowledge of the Japanese language would be an added advantage.
