As Paid Social Specialist you work on the creation and execution of the global paid social strategy, to ensure we get the optimal results out of our paid social channel from upper to lower funnel. By doing so, you have a significant impact on the growth of G-STAR This role is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking for the next step in their career and who likes working in a fast paced, international environment. Tasks & responsibilities: - Own the global paid social strategy, roadmap and priorities in close collaboration with the Marketing and Ecom teams - Build and optimize campaigns in the paid social channel across the full marketing funnel (brand/prospecting/performance) - Lead, coach and support the Paid Search (SEA) team, setting direction and ensuring strong, consistent performance across the channel
Requirements
Drive alignment between Paid Social and Paid Search to deliver an integrated, full-funnel media approach - Analyze results on a daily basis and steer both your own campaigns and the wider team's performance based on set KPI's - Support local initiatives and tests, in close collaboration with local marketing teams - Test the latest advertising possibilities (alpha's beta's) and ensure G-STAR is an early adopter - Work closely with both internal stakeholders (Ecom, BI, UX, Creative and Regional teams) and external stakeholders (Meta, Google, agencies etc.) - Report into the Global Digital Trade Director Here's what you bring to the table: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree - A minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in efficiently managing paid social campaigns across the full digital marketing funnel and experience in working with large budgets across multiple countries - You know how to represent your channel and have a drive to continuously seek opportunities to improve channel performance that enables further scaling - Proficient in leveraging AI tools to optimize campaign performance, improve workflow efficiency, strengthen audience insights, and support data-driven decision-making across multiple platforms and markets - Deep understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads - Experience in working in cross-functional teams and multi-regional teams - Experience with data feed management tooling, social advertising tooling and working with scripts is a plus - It's a plus if you have agency experience - you have either worked at or with a digital marketing agency - You have great written and verbal communication skills in English.
