Lead Front-end Developer

For this young, innovative and growing company in the east of the country, we are looking for a Lead Front-end Developer. It is your job to perfect and implement the UX down to the last detail; Furthermore, you not only solve the problems you encounter, you find out what is really going on and think ahead - and then implement a constructive solution; You keep yourself and your colleagues informed of the latest developments in your field; You get excited about new technology such as ES6, PostCSS, Angular 2, Offline APIs, Web Components; You are responsible for code reviews, test driven development and continuous integration; You manage external freelancers who carry out partial assignments. You have at least 5 years of experience as a Front-end / JavaScript developer; You are an expert in front-end development; You are familiar with and apply HTML5 web standards; Knowledge and experience with: Angular2 / React / Knock-Out, WebApi2, SQL; Mastery of the English language, written and oral; Key competencies are analytical, self-organizing and customer-driven. In terms of personality, we are looking for the type of driven co-entrepreneur rather than someone who only sees himself as an employee.
