Senior SAP Data Consultant

A Senior SAP Data Transformation Consultant is required to join a growing SAP transformation practice. This is a permanent position operating on a hybrid working model. In this role, you will work alongside experienced SAP data migration specialists, delivering complex SAP transformation programmes across the UK and internationally. You will utilise industry-leading transformation tools and methodologies to support large-scale SAP initiatives, including S/4HANA transformations. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to lead by example, engage directly with clients, and take ownership of project workstreams while mentoring junior consultants. Do you have?

• SAP technical experience, including ABAP, LSMW and ETL technologies?

• Experience working across multiple SAP ERP modules with a strong understanding of SAP data models?

• At least 3 years of hands-on SAP data migration delivery experience across the full project lifecycle?

• Proven experience leading workstreams or project modules while supporting and developing junior team members?

• Strong client-facing skills with a focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction?

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly?

• A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving with the determination to drive issues through to resolution?
