Full Stack Engineer

Brooksource is seeking an Associate Full Stack Developer to support a Global Fortune 500 consulting client and its telecommunications customers in the Dallas metro area. In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of cloud-native applications and support modernization efforts, including Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives., * Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with established coding standards

• Participate in the design, development, testing, and debugging of software applications
• Assist in building and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Collaborate with senior developers and architects to implement scalable technical solutions
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes
• Develop and execute unit test cases to ensure application reliability
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues across applications
• Utilize Git and CI/CD pipelines for code versioning and deployment
• Document code, technical processes, and application workflows

Do you have experience in Software engineering?, * 1+ years of software development experience (including internships, co-ops, or academic projects)

• Hands-on experience building web applications using a modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and backend development in languages such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C#
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs, including familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and authentication concepts (OAuth/JWT), * Java: 1 year (Preferred)
