Define and implement end-to-end test automation strategy for S/4HANA Greenfield program

Lead design and rollout of TOSCA-based automation framework and regression suites
-
Establish and scale automation-first testing approach across: SIT, UAT enablement, Regression cycles and releases
-
Drive shift-left automation by embedding testing within design and build phases
-
Ensure coverage across: Functional and integration scenarios, Data migration validation, Security and role-based testing
-
Integrate automation with: Test management tools (JIRA/XRAY, Cloud ALM); CI/CD pipelines for continuous execution
-
Enable risk-based testing and optimized regression strategies [Helix-S4HA...Architect | Word]

Support cutover rehearsals, go-live readiness, and hypercare validation
-
Drive adoption of AI-driven testing accelerators and quality engineering practices

Establish reusable, modular, and scalable automation assets
Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Lead and manage test automation teams (onshore/offshore model)

Act as the single point of accountability for automation delivery across the program

Mentor and upskill team members on: TOSCA best practices, Test design, reusability, and stability

Experience working in large-scale SAFe / multi-ART S/4 programs

Ability to operate in high-complexity, global transformation environments
Requirements
Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Strong expertise in Tricentis TOSCA (mandatory) including: Test case design, automation scripting, execution, and maintenance, TOSCA DI for data validation and migration testing [Attachment...or S4 2026 | PowerPoint]

Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield preferred)

Deep knowledge of end-to-end SAP testing lifecycle (SIT, UAT, Regression, Cutover)

Automation across: SAP Fiori/UI testing; API, interface, and integration testing; End-to-end business process validation

Strong understanding of SAP functional areas: Finance (RTR), Supply Chain (STP, OTC), Manufacturing, Procurement
-
Experience with Test Management tools: JIRA / XRAY, SAP Cloud ALM
-
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Continuous Testing practices
-
Experience in AI-based / model-based testing approaches and accelerators
-
Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner) is a plus
-
Understanding of SAFe Agile delivery model and test integration into PI cycles, Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
