We are seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join our dynamic team at Innovative Network Solutions Corp. This role is essential in providing top-notch technical support and ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of service. The position is based in the United States and plays a critical role in maintaining effective IT operations., * Provide first-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
- Assist with network administration tasks, including LAN setup and maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain firewall configurations to ensure network security.
- Utilize ticketing systems like Remedy or ServiceNow to track support requests.
- Perform software troubleshooting for various applications including Office products.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Networking equipment (troubleshooting support)?, * Proven experience as a Helpdesk Technician or similar role in IT support.
- Strong knowledge of LAN, network administration, and firewall management.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and DNS configurations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Remedy or ServiceNow is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
