Job description
- Provide advanced expertise in the SAP SRM module, including configuration, customization, and ongoing support.
- Lead the execution of key activities within moderately complex SAP SRM implementation or enhancement projects, ensuring successful delivery.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate complex requirements into technical specifications for SAP SRM solutions.
- Conduct thorough system testing, resolve identified defects, and ensure the overall quality and integrity of SAP SRM solutions.
- Actively contribute to process improvements and optimization efforts within the Global SRM; BT Global Solutions department.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation for SAP SRM solutions, configurations, and processes.
- Guide daily activities and provide technical direction to junior support staff or project team members on specific tasks.
- Ensure the efficient execution of main activities within the SAP SRM landscape to obtain important results for organizational goals.
Impact/Dimensions:
- Contributes to departmental plans and recommends effective solutions and best practices for SAP SRM systems, drawing upon in-depth knowledge.
- Drives enhancements to Bunge's global procurement processes through the strategic implementation and optimization of SAP SRM solutions.
- Influences outcomes by making data-driven decisions and keeping the customer at the forefront of all activities related to SAP SRM.
- Adapts plans within the department, providing expert recommendations that align with strategic objectives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Timeliness and quality of SAP SRM project deliverables and support resolutions.
- Effectiveness of implemented SAP SRM solutions in meeting business requirements and improving efficiency.
- User satisfaction and adoption rates for SAP SRM functionalities.
- Contribution to the reduction of operational costs and optimization of procurement processes via SAP SRM.
Major Opportunities and Decisions:
- Analyzing complex problems within SAP SRM environments to deliver innovative solutions, especially where clear precedents may not exist.
- Developing strategies for optimizing SAP SRM functionalities and identifying opportunities for system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
- Prioritizing tasks and managing project components effectively to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of SAP SRM initiatives.
- Recommending best practices for SAP SRM configurations, process flows, and integration with other systems.
Management/Leadership:
- Operates independently with limited supervision, taking ownership of specific project components and processes within the SAP SRM domain.
- Provides daily guidance and technical direction to support staff or less experienced team members on SAP SRM-related tasks.
- Follows specific functional policies and broad procedures, exercising judgment in choosing appropriate tactics to achieve established goals for SAP SRM projects.
- Acts as an informal resource and mentor for colleagues with less experience in SAP SRM, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Key Relationships, Stakeholders & Interfaces (External & Internal): Internal: Global SRM team, other BT Global Solutions teams, Procurement and Supply Chain functions, Finance, cross-functional project teams, end-users. External: SAP vendors, external consultants, third-party service providers.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP ERP?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) modules, including Sourcing, Procurement, Catalog Management, Supplier Self-Service (SUS), and SRM-MDM.
- Proficiency in SAP ECC integration with SRM (P2P cycle).
- Experience with SAP NetWeaver, including Business Workflow and ABAP debugging skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to adapt and recommend best practices, ensuring alignment with departmental strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and agile project methodologies.
Minimum Requirements: Education/Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field with 6-10 years of position-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge in SAP SRM and a foundational understanding of related SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI) or relevant business functions.
