Job description
The Information Securities Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to general IT change activities, potential security events, security incidents, and threats in order to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Bank's information systems; assisting with development and enforcement of security policies and procedures; overseeing the deployment of vulnerability mitigation techniques including security patch management and general endpoint security controls., * Monitor and respond to security alerts, incidents, and suspicious activity across enterprise systems.
- Support incident response, including investigation, coordination, and post-event documentation.
- Manage vulnerability and patch programs, ensuring timely remediation of risks across infrastructure and applications.
- Oversee security tools covering endpoints, email, network, and identity systems.
- Partner with IT teams to address critical vulnerabilities and maintain strong security posture.
- Assist in maintaining the Information Security Program and conducting risk assessments.
- Support compliance with FFIEC, GLBA, NIST, CIS Controls, and other regulatory requirements.
- Help develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Contribute to security awareness training and phishing simulation programs.
- Promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organization., This role protects the bank's systems, customer data, and reputation by identifying threats early, reducing risk, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vuls?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, + Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience

Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and security controls

Experience with security monitoring, incident response, or vulnerability management

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently Preferred

Experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated environment

Familiarity with FFIEC IT Examination Handbook

Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, and GLBA

Experience with Microsoft 365 security tools, SIEM platforms, EDR solutions, and vulnerability scanning tools
