Job description

We're hiring a full time Junior IT Support Technician to handle frontline support, workstation deployments, and assist senior technicians with projects and day-to-day operations., * Provide Level 1 help desk support (remote and onsite)

  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Set up and deploy workstations and user environments
  • Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks
  • Prepare and stage equipment (unboxing, labeling, asset tagging, initial setup)
  • Assist with Intune and Autopilot device preparation
  • Deliver and pick up equipment from client sites (local travel)
  • Support senior technicians with projects and deployments
  • Document work and update tickets accurately, * Describe your experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments (users, licensing, troubleshooting)

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience who is technical, organized, and great with people., * 1 to 3 years of IT support or help desk experience

  • Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical issues in easy to understand non-technical language
  • Patient, customer-focused, and professional
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and move IT equipment (around 40 lbs)
  • A "can do" attitude

Nice to Have (Strong Plus)

  • Experience in an MSP or IT services company
  • Familiarity with PSA and RMM tools (HaloPSA or N-Central experience is a big plus)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Office 365, Entra ID, Intune, or Autopilot
  • Basic networking (Wi-Fi, printers, connectivity)
  • Exposure to PowerShell or scripting
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications
  • Spanish (nice to have but not required), * IT Support: 1 year (Required)
  • working for an IT Support Company: 1 year (Preferred)
  • PowerShell (or other scripting languages): 1 year (Preferred)
