Job description
We're hiring a full time Junior IT Support Technician to handle frontline support, workstation deployments, and assist senior technicians with projects and day-to-day operations., * Provide Level 1 help desk support (remote and onsite)
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Set up and deploy workstations and user environments
- Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks
- Prepare and stage equipment (unboxing, labeling, asset tagging, initial setup)
- Assist with Intune and Autopilot device preparation
- Deliver and pick up equipment from client sites (local travel)
- Support senior technicians with projects and deployments
- Document work and update tickets accurately, * Describe your experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments (users, licensing, troubleshooting)
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience who is technical, organized, and great with people., * 1 to 3 years of IT support or help desk experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical issues in easy to understand non-technical language
- Patient, customer-focused, and professional
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment (around 40 lbs)
- A "can do" attitude
Nice to Have (Strong Plus)
- Experience in an MSP or IT services company
- Familiarity with PSA and RMM tools (HaloPSA or N-Central experience is a big plus)
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Office 365, Entra ID, Intune, or Autopilot
- Basic networking (Wi-Fi, printers, connectivity)
- Exposure to PowerShell or scripting
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications
- Spanish (nice to have but not required), * IT Support: 1 year (Required)
- working for an IT Support Company: 1 year (Preferred)
- PowerShell (or other scripting languages): 1 year (Preferred)
