Hyatt is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support its Global Brand Strategy organization by driving execution, coordination, and delivery across strategic brand initiatives, portfolio priorities, and digital transformation programs.
This role sits within Hyatt's Global Brand Strategy team and will serve as a critical operational leader responsible for managing project plans, strategic roadmaps, leadership communications, portfolio priorities, and cross-functional execution across multiple global hospitality brands.
This is not a traditional IT Project Manager role.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with hospitality brand strategy experience and can effectively operate within a large, global, matrixed organization.

Brand Strategy Program Manager who can drive execution across global hospitality brand initiatives, strategic roadmaps, leadership priorities, and cross-functional portfolio programs.
The primary mission of this role is to:
· Keep strategic brand initiatives moving forward
· Coordinate global stakeholders and leadership teams
· Develop and manage strategic roadmaps
· Drive accountability across multiple workstreams
· Support brand positioning and brand evolution initiatives
· Manage communications, reporting, planning, and executive updates
This role sits at the intersection of:
Brand Strategy + Brand Management + Hospitality Operations + Project Management + Executive Stakeholder Coordination, · Support Hyatt's Global Brand Strategy organization across key strategic initiatives
· Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for brand and portfolio priorities
· Coordinate workstreams supporting brand positioning and brand evolution efforts
· Drive alignment across multiple global brand initiatives
· Support execution of long-term brand growth strategies
Project & Program Management
· Create, manage, and execute project plans supporting digital transformation and brand initiatives
· Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
· Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources
· Track project progress and provide status reporting to leadership
· Drive accountability across project teams and stakeholders
Global Stakeholder Coordination
· Partner with leadership teams, vendors, regional teams, and business stakeholders
· Coordinate global meetings, leadership reviews, and strategic planning sessions
· Manage cross-functional communications and stakeholder alignment
· Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution across workstreams
Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development
· Support annual planning processes across the Global Brand Strategy team
· Manage strategic priorities and milestone tracking
· Maintain portfolio-level visibility across initiatives
· Coordinate strategic PODs and workstreams supporting key business objectives
Brand Operations & Communications
Support initiatives across:
· Brand Positioning
· Brand Experience Evolution
· Food & Beverage Programs
