Job description
As an HRIS Analyst, you will work closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to ensure HR systems operate efficiently, maintain data integrity, and support business objectives across multiple locations., * Administer, maintain, and optimize HRIS platforms and related HR technology systems
- Configure workflows, security roles, business processes, and system enhancements
- Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for HR and leadership teams
- Monitor and maintain HR data integrity through audits, troubleshooting, validation, and testing
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions
- Support HRIS upgrades, integrations, testing, and new module implementations
- Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and user guides
- Assist with compliance reporting and internal data requests
- Investigate system issues and provide timely end-user support
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
Requirements
Do you have experience in Talent management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support and optimize Human Resources Information Systems and HR technology platforms for a leading beverage and consumer packaged goods organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in HR systems administration, reporting, data analysis, and process improvement., * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of HRIS, HR Technology, Business Systems, or HR Analytics experience
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with HR reporting tools
- Knowledge of employee data management, payroll, benefits administration, talent management, and compliance reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is highly desirable
Preferred Qualifications:
- HRIS certification or related professional certification
- Experience supporting manufacturing, agriculture, distribution, or consumer products organizations
- Familiarity with system integrations, interfaces, and data management processes
- Experience participating in or leading HR technology implementations
