Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides first-level technical support for computer systems, software applications, telecommunications equipment, and related technology services. Assists employees with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, responds to service requests, and ensures timely resolution of technical problems in accordance with departmental procedures and service standards.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Security systems?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years of age or older. Must possess an associates degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or related field. One to three years' experience with computers and printers including installing cable as well as security systems such as cameras, access control etc. A combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements may be substituted.
